Human Beings Creating A Difference
Gregg Braden
We are very happy and overjoyed to acknowledge another Human Being who is consciously making a difference through his efforts to service the whole of Humanity without reservations. We have been following Gregg Braden since we became aware of his intentions and purposes by reading his book, "The Isaiah Effect".
The magnitude and immensity of this visionary catapulted us into another dimension of Human Being that has profoundly affected the free thinking processes enacted in our everyday existence in reference to the phenomenon of life. Subsequently we have read articles and other forms of information about Mr. Braden and his world view that he warrants an honorable mention in this month newsletter.
Gregg Braden does international conferences, media specials which explore the role of spirituality in technology. He was a Computer Systems Designer at Martin Marietta Aerospace, Computer geologist at Phillips Petroleum and Technical Operations Supervisor at Cisco Systems. His combination and integration of science, medicine and peacemaking moves him into the league of Human Beings of which we higher respect as divine inspiration.
Gregg Braden's sojourn has taken him into the mountain villages, monasteries and temples of ancient times along with his qualifications in science and technology, he benefits the Human Beings of lost futures based upon traditions rediscovered in the world of today. CCPI has found a Gem! It is an incredible experience to visit the web site of an Artist we are excited about when we come across their ArtWork. The intensity, love and compassion radiates energy of the divine. We are particularly interested in any Human Being expressing through their gifts a universality through their efforts to uplift, inspire, open and reveal the consciousness of life's sublime beauty to Humanity through their ArtWorks. Jim Warren was brought to our attention via a postcard image called "Wild Waters" sent as an expression of thanks and gratitude to us. Immediately we were drawn and taken with delight to see this Artist's capacity to capture the essence of the cosmic dance of the formless forming form and evolving life energy right before our eyes, WOW!
Mr. Warren is a self-taught painter, a cover artist for a number of book covers, album covers and movie posters. It is our understanding that Jim Warren promotes environmental themes and issues through his visual mastery of nature's renderings, so this introduction to us was the tip of the iceberg , not we are delving into and indulging our imagination on this in mound of talent, skill and artistic ability.
Jim Warren lives in Clearwater, FL with his wife, Cindy, daughter Drew and his son, Art . He has a stepdaughter, Rebecca who lives in California. He feels that maintaining a close family with a demanding career is one of his greatest accomplishments, and thanks his family for all their support and assistance. His entire family helps with his art business, doubling as Art Director, Assistant (his wife) and Models (his children).

ESSENCE
When admiring a painting,
Don't examine the paint.
When meeting an artist,
Don't look at the brush.
Searching for life in the mechanics of cells and molecules is like trying to appreciate a painting by analyzing the paint. It might be interesting in a narrow way, but the true point is to grasp the idea that the painting coveys.
Why concern yourself exclusively with the mechanics of a situation? That is like seeking an artist's genius in the brushes; it is the mind of the artist, not the tools, that is responsible for the beauty of a painting.
In the same way, the nature of life cannot be merely understood as the interplay of mechanistic forces. It may only be comprehended by taking in the essence behind the physics, chemistry, biology, math, and other scientific outlooks. All too frequently, we become so mesmerized by life's details that we fail to comprehend the whole.
The essence of life shall never be known by a human being as long as that person seeks to observe life like viewer and subject. The absolutely essential nature of life can only be comprehended by merging fully with the flow of life, so that one is utterly a part of it.

One premise of an Artist is to alleviate all pain and suffering through creative expressions of freedom in Artful and Artistic ways. A definition from Webster's Ninth New Collegiate Dictionary:

It is here right before the minds eye that we begin at the beginning, time and time again. It is the question that inspires Artist to search for who we really are as Human Beings. The free spirits traversing through multidimensional realities of objectified creations demonstrate the capacity of insurmountable feats of Human potential. We need not become consumed by the trivialities of the world that we have created because all of it is fleeting. The practice of detachment enables the soul to explore and rise like a Phoenix out of the ashes as the towering infernos of a burning forest of ancient trees light up the sky. It is fickle that the radiant light residing within all things, illuminating and integrating the bias and prejudice of existence as the universe unfolds into mutations motivates the ARTIST. The Artist should continue to display the inner workings of the creative mind without being checked, blocked and/or prevented from expressing truth within the minds capacity to cope and deal with its objectification. Yes, when we listen, we acknowledge that the unknown self is discovering itself. We Human Beings become the riddle of life. The light substance seeking and initiating interplay of energy into birth is the essence of being personified. Just look at the creativity surrounding everything and starting laughing at the magnificence of everything about ones self. The spiritual plight of Human Being's mind, body and soul is to materialize temporary forms that provide experiences through sense magnetism and pulsating vibrations. We are designed to go where we have never gone before but somehow we have deceived ourselves into thinking we are highly intelligent and privileged Beings who do not have to do any personal homework to advance our conscious awareness. We have fallen into a complacency; a track or loophole of denial, lethargy and demise as to the value of Being Human. The perpetual con artist has density of matter that slows down the rhythmical vibrations necessary to spiral a faster and higher frequency which integrates and syncopates a pace within the ever expanding universe. This particular quality apparently has damaged the Human species struggling to evolve on this earth.'
We Artist can often sense and feel something is missing in the color scheme of this matrix; it is dark, gray and drab; therefore innovation sets in motion to seek and find out the repetitive cycles which may stagnate progress of a rainbow coalition towards ultimate self-actualization. These cycles likewise can be felt as bogged down with excessive data overloading the communication systems, stimulating sporadic deleting of its archival information which is pertinent to some extent to have access upon this quest and yet we crave and cling to the superfluous, unimportant and insignificant. The Human use of the concepts of reason, rational and logic is in jeopardy. However we are revitalized by the strengths of universal knowledge. Yes, being Human is feeble and has faltered tremendously along the way due to the constant attempts to annihilate its innate abilities to be what we truly are by nature. It is also apparent that we are blocking the dynamics of our quest to be free spirits by deliberately prolonging the Human experience of Bondage. This is an old thought reality traditionally held out of fear. Of course, this is a conceptual impossibility to sustain and maintain because we come and go so quickly, in and out of the created forms, consistently like clock work tick tocking away into oblivion. The highest order of an Artist is to continue questing by choice 'to be or not to be' that which can be envisioned.
Now is the time for the paradox. The surface fades and the depths emerges which compels all creative Beings to go to the root of any problem. This simply means digging within the root core itself to find the source and discover that the constructed systems, situations, circumstances surrounding one's Human existence are absolutely essential to understand why the particular causes and effects happen. It is evident that we are wired, stressed and overwhelmed with everything about life until there isn't any space to breathe easily. We have to hide in the doing, being and having which appears to keep producing dysfunctional relationships within life all the time. Example: We received this communication from a recipient of the CCPI Newsletter recently, "Please, Please, do not...I repeat...DO NOT SEND ME THIS EVOLUTIONARY HUMANISTIC GARBAGE EVER AGAIN!!! TKS."-T.E.J.(gov.ed) This was a wonderful response because it revealed the state of mind this individual represents of many people who are grappling within themselves regarding their particular experiences and perceptions of life as a Human Being. Of course we honored his request, why be against anything that is against itself. This isn't a good or bad thing, it is merely an expression of the evolving life energy in the unified field of "The Evolutionary Expressionism of Life Energy." That is the point!
We have been trained and programmed to be so afraid of exposure to the truth of ourselves which may deface the lies we live and hide behind to escape a presumed death. We have automatically accepted so must without asking any new questions as to why? Do we have to abide and be governed by things the way they are? NO! NO! NO! We have been tricked into holding on to duality's disguises for centuries upon centuries in the hope of solving created Human problems that didn't existence in the first place. Why? It isn't fear of death, it is fear of life. The Artist's sojourn demonstrates courageously that truth, honesty, character and integrity frees one's energy from being arrested by people, places and things. Art is impermanent and the Artist in all of us must proceed to the next work upon completion of the previous work without hesitation for History's legacy is to recognize the dead...So that we will have a purpose in life! Thereby we live in psychological reversals as a double edged sword slicing away at freedom. It is like putting the cart before the horse causing one to stumble, fall, topple and roll over and over upon ones self or in ones grave...

We don't have to do what people did and/or appear to be doing in life, we have to do what we know to be done, when life surely presents negative causes and effects. We can stop, look and listen! The assumptions embedded, driven and/or instilled in the Human brain through installations and/or impressions of belief systems instituted by society to captivate, govern, lead and dictate policy (Police State) is temporal and should be managed well and let go! We have learned and/or are learning not to listen to waves of noises, distractions, dogmas, propaganda, advertisements, etc., without conscious inquiry and investigation as to what does this mean and is it essential? Although we fear the total freedom gained and cloaked through the evolution of Humankind, we cannot revert or go backwards to the status quo for safety measures and repetitions of History. Acknowledge the symbol and let go of it, "That's just the way it is", which is so often stated to arouse conflicts and acceptance within this dual reality, however "That isn't just the way it is", "It is what it IS, and we know it!

The Artist's quest for life and life more abundantly is a boomerang effect true enough. We must persist in order to thrive, expand and continue since the inception of our emergence into form. We have been on this sojourn infinitely as spirits traveling through created time and space continuum. We are the mediums. The Artistic outlets for Being Human. Many tools are provided to make things easier, but are things any easier using these tools in producing harmonious causes and effects of universal wholeness or inharmonious results? The educational processes governing various methods, techniques, approaches once again assure that knowledge is the key to success, however the results show that Education has crippled the full capacity of Human potentiality to truly create successfully due to a lack of wisdom. The proof is in the pudding.

The Human Being's intricate layers of psychological beliefs of duality are conflicted causing confusion and chaos, but Art can be a pointer into another dimension. We think we are thriving by depending on thoughts, so we persist in self-deprecation as an excuse not to stop the destructive thinking and transform it into free thinking. What is holding mankind in it's clutches to prevent the forgiveness, loving-kindness, consideration and compassion that we automatically feel in the heart? Where is this spontaneous burst of newness, originality and authenticity which brings us here in the first place? We are born with the gifts of life and yet we entrap the energy in thoughts of living death instead of harmoniously living life and loving one another upon this earth. Art reflects the cardboard cutouts, the automatons, the robots, the puppets that resemble Human Beings when capturing images and objectifying them for review. The deception is immense. The reasons and rationales once again used are to separate us into opposing one another, (me against you, another or whatever) affirms one's self to insure that these concepts of individuation are an absurdity.
We, the Artist, creators of life, as colors in the rainbow, must not be deaden into the gray mass of bleak hues which diminish the vibrancy of our life's dynamics. Whatever is inside of one will come out as the example of one's self. Artist do not project outside the things into a center, we do project inside things from the center. When we look at the evolution of conscious reality here and now, we are creators of it's manifestation. The changes occur within space then are projected outward causing the effects we are experiencing constantly. HOW DOES IT FEEL? We must simply stop the arguments of duality within ourselves and appreciate the Artistry of our lives. There isn't any point to go any further in the muck, mire and mud in the old way. Envelop all the Art in the world, relax and just release; purge, clearout, eliminate the stuff; and get off the pot. This will enable others to follow suit with ease and grace. Life isn't a limitation or an imitation. It is an activation! We are limited in life when we imitate, therefore every creative endeavor is an attempt to unleash the natural energies to soar to the depths and heights; above and beyond in expression of true freedom.
The freedom (will) to fight towards achieving a better world is a pretense of gaining/losing the very things we say and have been fighting for for generation after generation. LOOK AT THE RECORDED HISTORY OF THE ARTS DEPICTION'S OF MANKIND...There appears not to be any such thing as freedom, but when we claim we are fighting for freedom, IT MAKES ONE WONDER, WHY? The enactment of Human behaviors that reinforce such thoughts, ideas, and actions of this matrix can feel very real. We must start again learning to apply what we have learned and know to be true in everything we do, be and have as Artist. The proposal that we must keep learning the same old-same old is why a sense of progression is impeded and slowed down to a pulps fiction. The looking backward into the future concepts stagnates every opportunity to experience the life we are born into with every breath we breathe here and now.
The delusions creating wars out of illusions for peace is no more prevalent or important when there is total freedom! It is what it is! The quest to release all the battles of duality is the searching soul's request for that which is natural, infinite and yes! This is the Artists energy field of resounding possibilities through liberation. The transcendent spirit knows it's freedom without jeopardy and/or sabotage. We amazingly can stop the mental conflicts that instigate fights between thought processes trying to control mechanisms designated to govern the mind but instead incites further friction. The greatest test of all is to be a master at work without becoming a slave as one passes through psychological planes. The imbalances imposed produce constriction of the energy flow that interferes with the harmonious convergence of ones nature. We feel these molecular wave patterns shifting within the sphere or solar system constantly attempting to find an equilibrium.
This affirmation is evident when looking around and seeing what is presently evolving. The world of thought is continuous and we are the creators of it's tangible reality through imagination. The mind of wonder provides without hesitation an overcoming effect. Nothing overrides and/or prevents the Artistic quest to explore, discover and investigate with an unremitting determination to achieve the ultimate life experiences, then voila, finished! Life is pure energy infusing the mirages of artificial intelligence with truth!
What has not been said or repeated over and over again? Nothing! The question is answered regarding, "THIS EVOLUTIONARY HUMANISTIC GARBAGE", we are as we perceive ourselves 'TO BE'. Therefore, no matter how much mankind daily debases the Human species to a level of total ignorance in the use of knowledge. It is the wisdom that opens the heart to the world of ART. What is the reward for this self-awakening? The door is open for another spirit to come forth to appreciate the Human Being. The whole universe encompasses its component parts without reservations, therefore it is an impossibility that mankind is a threat to Humankind. We are not in control of the outcomes of life. A DELIGHTFUL DELICIOUS FRUITTI COMEDY
When invited to the 21st Annual Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Film Festival, Outfest 2003, it prove to be an adventure we were overjoyed to experience. Now this isn't a fixed perspective on traditional conventional dialogue for and/or against anything. As the earth turns on its axis at optimum speed the world of Humanity rapidly transforms beyond its normally subdued and subtle hints or suggestions about the unspeakable which is obviously spoken. We continue to live in times where missed understandings, communications and opportunities between people have been overshadowed by ignorance, thereby perpetuating isolation, segregation and divisions which this film festival is designed to bridge these gaps as an integral part of Human cultivation, wholeness and conscious awakening about the pros and cons of Being Human. The effort to constantly transcend the loop of mediocrity inspires the spirit to sail above and beyond the stereo typical display of a cultured norm which boomerangs its causes and effects as shown in our Human species of today. Life is powerful, demanding and gutsy! It isn't controlled by any of its component parts but determines the interplay, dance and music it adheres as 'a yellowish red tropical fruit with a firm skin, hard central stone, and juicy aromatic somewhat pungent pulp to touch gently and lightly with one's lips.' - Webster's Dictionary
Like all movements for acknowledgment, recognition and self preservation within the evolutionary processes of life energy, the Human species continues to discover and investigate how to master the selves of its origin within a diverse, intricate, complex and complicated mechanistic framework incorporating mental structures of Human behaviors ensconced in psychological conditions, beliefs, morals, preferences whether exceptable and/or rejected, positive and/or negative in this universal phenomenon. The 'Divine Comedy' at play in life's unified field of energy through explorations, presentations and creative expressions without a doubt is essential. We venture to parlay the dynamics of "Mango Kiss" with the theorem of quantum mechanics. "A "quantum" is a quantity of something, a specific amount. "Mechanics" is the study of the motion of quantities. When we look at the myriad world events activated by the Human community, it is vast and infinite in its variety of self manifested realities. There simply isn't any authority to override the essential precise of the universal existence by any of its components. The freedom of the spirit is transforming all concepts, ideas, perspectives and/or systems of beliefs in operation according to "The Evolutionary Expressionism of Life Energy" which unto itself is a concept of impermanence. As the world of mankind (people vs people) continue to struggle with its primary existence in conflict with nature, the stress and strain of Human relationships subsides into oblivion as cycles spiraling into the new dimensions of Human consciousness. The universe specifically and perfectly encompasses, integrates and envelops all contents, contexts of its inhabitants through direct contact, guidance and design. This phenomenon is the point of power of matter and spirit.
The sciences contribution to the enhancement of the Human capacity to produce variety by nature's innumerable possibilities is exceptional to any rule in defiance of life's mastery. The mental structures of thought are flexible in the ultimate realms of Being as happening here and now regardless of any presumed disagreements/agreements which transcends itself constantly. This is progression of the Human species as demonstrated in the feature film, "MANGO KISS", however dormant, lackadaisical, lethargic, confusing and resistant to life things may appear to be, we are passing through the process of growth and development attentively and/or inattentively in relationship to the universal expansions of creativity. When we limit the freedom of life energy to the restrictive, constrictive traditions of psychological constructs, conditions or behaviors, it can pose a pressure to erupt like a volcano to release itself of oppressed, suppressed and depressed energy. Thereby producing a quantum leap into the unknown dimensions of the structure of thought into greater thought of possibility and probability. If it is, then it is without a doubt because it is! We salute the Outfest 2003 for its endeavor to enlighten, uplift and elevate the celebration of Being Human. In light spirit we have selected to highlight, "MANGO KISS" as one of the most delicious and delightful frutti comedies.
One of the greatest complications in Human relationships is simply relating. "MANGO KISS", reveals the relativity factor that seems to hit and miss, causing most people to be unable to release, relax and let go without things resulting in disastrous outcomes. When we come into focus we are clear about what we are doing in relationship to people, places and things surrounding the center axis of our personal, private and sometimes public world as individuals. The Director (Sascha Rice) and Producers (Joe Mellis, Erin O'Malley) cast and crew of "Mango Kiss" are to be commended for their cinematic presentation. The total production quality of this film is reaffirming that movies are visionary venues for creative individuals with a specific point of view to explore through the lens captions of multiple Human existence. To break through the barriers of tedious and/or boring repetitions for complacent normality's which resist changes within a society desperately seeking self-preservation on a razors edge of duality (yang and yen)... "Mango Kiss" says allot about what is truly needed to impact the Human Being and catapult them to a heightened awareness and/or conscious awakening. The story isn't unusual, however the script reveals the silver threads of each characters intent and purpose without compromise. In a brief state of psychological turmoil adroitly interwoven with comedic overtones and emotional tension through the characters, we never lose sight of who these people really are and what revelations they must encounter to experience their natural sense of truth, honesty and integrity. It is evident that each character must reach a point of clarity and enlightened awareness regarding life's quantum mechanics. Their undercurrents of subconscious energy sizzles with budding passions that test the truth of their conditional love/lust when the magnetism erupts and spirals into orbit. The scientific theorem of quantum mechanics is at work producing pole to pole attractions. The Human Being is a conglomerate vessel of emotions searching for meaning and purpose in relationship to life's unpredictable polarities in every aspect of existence which is executed with a sense of precision by the director of "MANGO KISS". In using the '5 in FOCUS' discription of "MANGO KISS" from the Outfest 2003 catalogue as a basis from this review in conjuction with the film viewing, let us not just look at the surface but what is truly going on underneath the conditioning of the Human Being. This theme strikes a spark which can ignite a burning desire to understand the universal conflicts and resolutions of Human relationships as presented in 'MANGO KISS' by "Sandra/Sassafras (Daniele Ferraro) and Lou (Michelle Wolff) who are bedazzled by newfound love attractions. Their exciting new life together turns into role playing as a means to spice up their passion thermometer. Emilia (Sally Kirkland) the mother of Sandra/Sassafras provides a voice of insight and wisdom in dealing with open relationships. She encourages everybody to examine their commitment issues, regarding another person's interrelation, interconnection and interdependence within their commitment without bias and/or prejudice. Sandra overrides this bit of advice and persuades Lou to join her in the game. Both parties are anxious to please each other by agreeing to do open relationships with specified rules, regulations and boundaries that ultimately allow themselves to be tempted by the wild rebel girls in San Francisco. They begin to explore their inhibitions without restraint. This is where the film takes flight, the alter egos called "Captain Daddy Lou" and "Princess Sassafras" agree once again to search for new forms of erotic experiences in their kinky quest for ecstasy. Their newly formed circle of friends encourages an ensuing love quadrangle with Leslie (Dru Mouser) and Chelsea Chuwawa (Tina Marie Murray) that culminates in an ultimate baring of the soul by playing the game spin-the-bottle. With everyone in attendance at this pollyanna sadomasochistic gathering of intense Human emotional joy riding, we anxiously await to see , "if these lovers will get off on a dominatrix "hit" and innocent "peach kiss" or the full-on wetness "MANGO KISS"?"
When the party evolves to its climax infused by jealousy, envy and resentment....honesty pierces through and defines the difference between non-monogamy and secretive affairs. "MANGO KISS" is challenging, provocative, vibrant and seductive, revealing comedy of errors through its exploration of Human sexuality and attractions within a unique and often scrutinized form of alternative relationship. It transcends all race, color, creed, gender, etc., as well as aspires a highly entertaining debut-feature film from this very talented and promising Director. Sascha Rice has presented her vision with stamina and vigor that embraces the quantum mechanics of Human existence. 'One small step for a man (or a woman), a giant leap for mankind (Humankind),' relegates that particles intersect, vibrate and integrate simultaneously to formulate magnetic or chemical attractions in the polarity of energies.
The collaboration with Sarah Brown (Writer), Matthew Ferraro (Composer/Orchestrator), John Pirozzi (Director of Photography) proves the inter personality of feminine and masculine quality in lieu of its opposite impulses is a trajectory materializing objective forms that simply gravitate to each other regardless of attempts to institute mind controls. In the matrix of existence the Human Being is continuously sorting out the gamut of emotional interplay between these polarities, and such we have evolved today where we are still in pursuit of what we claim as normal while denying what is natural, infinite and yes! The total cast of "MANGO KISS" was well selected and played their roles impeccably. However a minor flaw is the writing development of the only male character Kaz (Joe Mellis) wasn't as integrated like the Mother of Sandra, although Kaz was a catalysis sharing his insight and wisdom. Kaz and Emilia are the reflection of an inflection (masculine/feminine) muses of the soul.
The efforts to sort out the unpredictable aspects of Human Being's behavioral patterns for acceptance and/or rejection according to psycho analytical methods, approaches and techniques constantly proves to be influential, burdensome, archaic and confining of the Human spirit. The fun is truly the journey in "MANGO KISS" so don't expect to reach the destination...we are on the move within this universe as suggested by this film production. The bursting out of any constraints/restraints placed upon life's freedom is apparently essential within this unified field of creative energy.
We may use the tools of fantasy, imagination, projection, dreams, thoughts, etc., looking at the absurdities of everybody in their eccentricities, idiosyncrasies to superimpose psychological formats of debatable Human behavior within a very small populace framework, but Human nature prevails in actuality not just in illusions of reality. It is what it is and will continue to be without definitive forms of information as a block to infinitude as an open channel providing the general public domain with freedom's preferences, choices and decisions of natural behavior patterns eliminating prejudice, bias judgments and injustice. "MANGO KISS" as a parallel to "QUANTUM MECHANICS" assures us that we are not naive, nor as insensitive to the perils of duality stimulating the variances of Human Behavior as applied, professed or advocated in the sociopolitical, economical, religious, etc., arenas even unto the end of time life cycles lived by every Human Being popping into and out of existence.

Life energy doesn't cease nor desist in expressing its power of command through the creative genius of an artistic phenomenon as seen in the ArtWorks of Josephine Wall. We acknowledge that so many times we think life is horrific, difficult, mean, cruel and complicated beyond the pros and cons of any redemption, however such negative thinking ceases to dominate one's thought processes when one comes across an Artist who demonstrates the masterful hand of creativity at play. The natural ease and grace of a sublime nature through a magnificently beautiful piece of ART can invoke all manner of Human emotions. The original, authentic and unique approaches of creativity by the Artist is endowed with a great motivation to extract from and affect their surroundings via their gifts. The Artist is an Artist for the Artist within all Human Beings. We perceive, identify and relate to that which moves us to a higher sense of self-worth, value and appreciation for life itself. As we observe constantly through our demonstrations the answers to questions we pose during life's sojourn via ArtWorks, we are extracting from the visual/audio surroundings and asking for specific manifestations from our imagination to be examined and transcended which enables us to impact with good vibrations the evolutionary expressionism of life energy. What we do, be and have as intended for the highest level of Humanity to blossom as a whole through our individual and collective actions is present. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and yet sometimes the eye of the beholder cannot look upon the sublime.
"Josephine Wall lives contentedly with her husband at 'Wysteria Cottage' where she works in a purpose built attic studio. The walls are covered with a huge wisteria, cascading gorgeous flowers - hand painted of course. Josephine is convinced that working under the pyramid shaped roof is a source of inspirational vibes, aiding her creativity! The rest of the cottage also displays her artistic nature, a woodland scene and butterflies in the kitchen, flowers and birds on the furniture and even more wisteria on the glass doors in the living room. Even the garden doesn't escape her touch, as she likes nothing better than to spend time designing unusual features and creating an abundance of colour, with a slight bias towards a Victorian style." - excerpt JW web site.
We are privy to know a number of Human Beings recorded in history and currently born into the world at key points within time to bring their gifts to Humankind, thereby providing a legacy for knowledge, insight and wisdom to prevail supreme as shown within their body of work. They may start out just learning, cultivating, developing and investigating through various mediums of creative expression with an innate sense, idea, goal, determination and/or vision as to what it is they are motivated to produce. It is their conviction during their lifetime which changes the course of the world beyond the status quo of any existing norms within the evolutionary processes of this universe.
Their life's work which may start out as just a personal goal, but may turn out to be a must greater life altering experience for everybody in relationship to their talents, abilities, skills, etc., Examples: AYN RAND, LEONARDO DI VANCI, MAHATMA GHANDI, GOLDA MIER, PICASSO, MARGARET THATCHER, CONFUCIUS, BOB HOPE, ETC. Many become great contributors to the direction Humanity has evolved through difficult cycles of growth by their conscious awareness and/or awakening on a large and/or small scale by creating and producing an impact upon the world of Humankind through their vision for a better world. We sometimes aren't aware and other times we are aware as to what works, by simply affecting the whole Human race through loving-kindness, compassion, understanding and a willingness to demonstrate these qualities as profoundly seen in JOSEPHINE WALL'S ARTWORKS. MS. WALL BRINGS JOY TO OUR HEARTS, INSPIRATION TO OUR MINDS, A SMILE TO OUR FACES AND LOTS AND LOTS OF LAUGHTER, MAGICAL, WONDERFUL, INCREDIBLE LAUGHTER!

"My greatest wish is that viewers of my work will allow their own imaginations to take flight, and to continue to find new things to excite, comfort, amuse or inspire them long after they first view the painting. I have many many ideas (constantly trying to be original) and once they form themselves into a complete image I can begin. I always sketch in paint directly on the canvas as it saves time. From then on it's down to whatever force guides me through many stages to the works ultimate completion. The stimulation provided me by surrealism, inspires a love of nature and colour. I love weird and wonderful ideas, greek mythology, fairy tales, dreams and symbolism. Certain imagery seems to repeat itself simply because of my fascination for such e.g.: butterflies, the sea, certain flowers, peacocks, ships, clouds, trees, unicorns and a myriad other images. I also like to convey a message or story to the viewer.
If I am able to change the direction of Human Civilization, I would wish for Human Beings to do everything possible to protect our precious and beautiful planet. My main concerns are pollution and deforestation and to heal the damage we have already inflicted. I would wish that man would no longer be ruled by greed, but just enjoy the simple things of life - most of which are free. We seem to be living in a throwaway world where skill and craftsmanship are undervalued. Rather than having a rigid concept I prefer to allow whatever force is guiding me to have free rein. I often surprise myself by what emerges on the canvas.
Nature Boy
First and foremost the great Salvador Dali has influenced me from the first time I saw one of his paintings, I also like other surrealists such as Magritte and I had an illustrated book of fairies by Arthur Rackham as a child which captivated and fascinated my visual sense. His trees with faces (almost people ) and the way he painted nature and fairies demonstrated his illustrative skills. I also adore the pre-raphaelites for their colour and romanticism. I prefer art that tells a story and find it difficult to relate to very modern and 'avant-garde' forms of art. The great fortune which graced my life is having a father who used to draw with me from a very early age (2yrs) and nurtured, encouraged and helped me develop my artistic, creative interest and sensibility as I grew up has proved to be invaluable. His main occupation was teaching languages, especially French, but his love for doing watercolours was unsurpassed by academia. Now aged nearly ninety he still calls every day ( as he lives next door with my sister ) to have a look at my latest work. Living in England with constantly variable weather and seasons, as well as absolutely lovely countryside, I think that this is my main influence. I am very near the sea; an incredible forest just a few miles away; stunning hills and beautiful views in the other direction give me a sense of being very lucky!
As an artist the most difficult challenge for me is that there are not enough hours in a day. I have so many images to paint, it is a race with time to complete them all. As well as painting I also like sculpture and other creative occupations such as needlework and gardening. I also need a few hours for dancing, walking, reading and of course entertaining my seven (soon to be eight!) grandchildren. WOW! I am always surprised when people tell me that my work is unique. People seem to love my use of colour, I don't know why, all I know is that I just love it and feel I could almost eat it!
There are parts of my paintings that are very textured which I achieve with a palette knife. I am often explaining the technique to others , but so far I have never seen it done in the same way. What I always tell young artists is "ENJOY!, ENJOY! just love every minute of creativity" AND "Be true to yourself, If you feel drawn to any particular style of art, don't be put off by negative remarks."
